KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Knowledge of the insurance market and broking/Insurer computer systems.
- Degree Educated
- TAS (Target Act Selling) Ideal
- Proven sales track record in IT or Financial services
- Strong proven account management skills
- Experienced at interacting at Chairman, CEO, FO and COO level
- Sold to Tier 1 Finance / General Insurance
- Stability
- Good presentation and negotiation skills to individuals
- Consultative selling, able to demonstrate business value in the sales process

ROLE INFORMATION

- Selling IT software systems into global insurance and financial services providers mainly Tier 1.
- This software allows clients to fully automate the client experience reducing back office staff interaction and operations and support IFA's.
- You will be managing a very strong Tier 1 account base of between 4 and 8 accounts but will also be required to develop new clients FTSE 250 with a land and expand mentality.
- Target 1.6 million with order values ranging from 500k to 1 million
- Selling to CEO, MD, FD, Operations Directors and FD's
