- 5 years enterprise software sales experience
- Must have direct sales experience (if channel then must have had some direct)
- New Business Focused with documented proven track record
- Degree Educated
- Strong foundation using account planning strategies including, Miller-Heiman, Spin, Sandler, Solution
or other recognized sales mehodologies
- Proven track record in a direct selling environment.
- Demonstrated success exceeding multi-million dollar annual sales quotas
- Sold at C level.
- Ability to partner with multi sales channels both internally and externally.
- Demonstrated analytical skills, including ROI quantification and justification
- Creative, high energy and Team Player with excellent negotiation skills and closing skills.


- New business role selling speech recognition software
- Lets businesses build voice capabilities right into their apps iOS or Android via a software
kit (SDK).
- Aimed at the enterprise
- You will be given 10 Named accounts and cross vertical. Sectors include Financial Services, Airlines,
Retailers, Hotel, Travel, public Sector, Telco
- UK remit
- Sell direct to end user and through channel partners such as BT, C&W, Accenture, Capgemini.
- Target is $2 million
- Order values range between $200k to $1.5 million (largest deal done $11.5 million)
- Key focus is on new account development and expansion within existing accounts while building and
sales and customer satisfaction in both new prospects and existing customer base
- Selling direct and fulfilling through key channel partners including managing and owning the sales cycle
- Build and maintain contact to key decision makers in organisations and managing the partner landscape
holding partners accountable for performance - Managing pipelines, opportunities and close rates.
