KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR ENTERPRISE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

- Experience selling complex Managed Services around Infrastructure, ideally Colocation and Cloud
- Hungry new business hunter, self-starter
- Experience selling to enterprise, closing deals worth $100k+ MRR
- Strong understanding of the full sales cycle from open to close
- Senior level gravitas
- Successful career moves
- Verticals of interest are Consumer Ecommerce, CPG, Energy, Utilities, and Pharmaceutical

ROLE INFORMATION ENTERPRISE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

- 100% new business, responsible for generating your own leads and working sales end to end
- You will typically be running 5 client deals at any one time, plus working on getting new opportunities in to the pipe one day a week via a focused lead generation session.
- Deal sizes vary from $600k to $8m ACV.
- The average in this team is $1m ACV typically sold over 3 to 5 year contracts
- Target is $320k MRR
- You will be selling the entire portfolio of Managed Hosting, Colocation, Network, Enterprise Cloud, Enterprise Security and Professional Services.
- With a very broad portfolio and the capability and resource to deliver against it.
- Deals typically start with simple Colocation and then build from there. Alternatively you may uncover opportunities for full ITO early in the relationship.
- Target accounts in Enterprise are FT250 turning over $2b+
- Verticals you may be selling to could include Consumer Ecommerce/CPG, Energy, Utilities, Pharmaceutical.
