KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR ENTERPRISE SALES MANAGER
- A proven background in Sales Management within the IT Security sector with specific expertise in UK IT security software, Enterprise end-user sales.
- The candidate needs a "solutions sales execution" capability presenting a proven track record, whilst being able to perform and direct solution sales at a management level.
- Demonstrable experience in setting objectives that align Enterprise Sales with regional revenue goals
- Performance and commitment driven with excellent inter-personal and man-management skills with an ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external customers
ROLE INFORMATION FOR ENTERPRISE SALES MANAGER
- Provide strong, hands-on sales management and leadership for the Enterprise Account Management Sales team.
- Motivate team members by demonstrating consummate professionalism and a successful track record of evangelizing and selling complex security software solutions to end-users in Large and Very Large Enterprises across Commercial and Government market sectors.
- Inspire trust in your team and provide fair and clear management
- Implement effective and efficient sales strategy to exploit market opportunities and align decisions to support UK Business Unit objectives.
